STORE OPENING HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Saturday - 8.30 - 2.30pm
Orders must be received by 11am weekdays and 10am Saturday to guarantee same day delivery. Any orders recieved after these times will be sent out next day delivery.
SATURDAY DELIVERY INCURS A 5% SURCHARGE
Business and School deliveries will be done By 3pm unless stated otherwise. Please put business name in Notes section and what hours the recipient is working. Delivery unavailable to schools for students.
DELIVERY UNAVAILABLE TO HOSPITALS
It is the purchaser's responsibility that all delivery details are correct. A phone number, mobile or land line is required for all orders. (please advise if the delivery location has a locked gate or dogs in the notes section)
All attempts of making a delivery will be made. If they are not home we will leave the order in a safe place at the front door or with a neighbour, alternately a delivery card will be left requiring them to pick up order.
Cancellations can be made by phoning us directly 02 4655 8224.
If your order is not already in transit when cancellation has been made a refund for the goods being sent out will be made only, Delivery fee will not be refunded in this case.
